LAW 711: Special Education Law - spring
Prerequisite: LAW 555, with instructor permission required if co-requisite LAW 555.
An exploration of the development of special education through legislation and litigation. The course will review public policies pertaining to people with disabilities in the context of the education system in the United States. It will focus on federal and state policies and requirements for educational, social and vocational services for individuals with disabilities.
