LAW 743: Access to Housing - fall

Prerequisite: 29 credits (Core first year); including Law 510, 511

In this course we will survey key elements of the law and policy of housing access, concentrating on the Fair Housing Act and connected parts of the constitutional and statutory apparatus of civil rights law that currently still stands as one of the major legacies of the post-war era.
