A service learning class where students will learn and use project management techniques as they benefit the campus community through their project work. Teams are incredibly important in the modern workplace and the techniques to lead them effectively can also be helpful in everyday life. In this course, you will learn about the goals, strategies, and teamwork behind effectively managing teams. We will cover what makes effective teams developing communication, leadership, management, and critical thinking skills.
