The course presents a dual-track approach and serves as a Capstone for MGT-General Management. It covers a) An application-focused summary of topics for launching and managing a career as a business professional, and b) an examination of fundamental management functions and application of key concepts and competencies to an existing company. Exercises and assignments will develop proficiencies in skills that boost understanding and effectiveness of organizational and career management.
