POM 446: Business Process Improvement - spring

Prerequisite: POM 345

General Education requirement: 5A & 5B

This hands-on course teaches students how to analyze and improve how work gets done inside organizations. Using Lean principles and data analysis, students evaluate real-world business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design practical, data-driven improvements. Emphasis is placed on effective cross-functional problem-solving techniques that are applicable across all areas of business, including accounting and finance, operations, marketing, human resources, and supply chain management.
