Keri Green serves as Director of Instructional Technology in CITS, where she provides leadership and strategic direction for academic and instructional technology across the institution. With more than 20 years of experience spanning K–12 and higher education, she brings a faculty-centered, systems-level approach to instructional technology leadership.
In her role, Keri oversees the Instructional Development Team that supports academic technology systems, including Canvas, IT training, classroom technology management, and Technical Event Services. Together, these teams support teaching and learning in a multimodal environment and provide reliable, accessible technology for classrooms, online instruction, and campus events, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual programs. She works closely with faculty, academic leadership, and the UMass system to plan, implement, and assess technologies that support high-quality hyflex, blended, and fully online learning.
Before joining UMass Dartmouth, Keri held senior instructional design & technology roles at Johnson & Wales University, Boston University, and Foxborough Public Schools, providing a broad perspective across educational contexts.
Keri also has extensive experience as an adjunct faculty member, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management, capstone studies, managerial technology, and educational technology across in-person and online modalities. This teaching background informs her approach to leadership, keeping her work grounded in the realities of faculty practice and student learning.
