Mental Health Week

Join us for Mental Health Week from April 13–16, a week dedicated to promoting wellbeing, connection, and support across our campus community. Students are invited to participate in a variety of events focused on stress relief, mindfulness, and resources that support mental health. Join us throughout the week to take a moment to recharge, connect with others, and prioritize your wellbeing.
