CLD 103: Intro to Career Exploration - spring

A structured process to guide first-year students as they examine their personalities, skills, interests, values and priorities to inform major selection and long-term career thinking. Students will explore personality frameworks, assess their strengths, analyze career fields, and learn to use university career resources effectively. By the end of the semester, students will articulate an integrated career plan that aligns personality type, life goals, academic pathways, and future professional goals.
