File a Discrimination Complaint

Discrimination / Harassment / Retaliation / Bias (based on protected classification)

Prior to contacting the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, a reporting party is encouraged to first explore other avenues in an attempt to informally resolve their concern.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to first consult with their Human Resources Business Partner who will conduct an assessment and determine if intervention by the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is warranted.

Students are encouraged to first contact the UMassD Care Network within the Division of Student Affairs, where a professional will conduct an assessment of the reported incident and determine if intervention by the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is warranted.

To report an incident of alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or bias based on protected classification (e.g., race, national origin, disability), you may submit your report.
