LAW 563: Access to Justice - fall
Consistent with our Pursue Justice mission, this course will expose students to legal areas where access to justice issues abound. Students will study both substantive and procedural issues such as evictions, family issues, and right to counsel. Students will engage in hands-on examination of community resources that promote access to justice, analyze their efficacy, and propose possible reforms.
