LAW 586: Mergers and Acquisitions - spring
Prerequisite: LAW 585
This course explores the planning, negotiation, documentation, and completion of mergers and acquisitions of corporate entities. By the end of the course, you should understand the purpose of the major provisions of merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements, as well as the most significant sources of transaction-related disputes and litigation law.
