The UMassD website

The UMassD website is a tool for prospective students and their families to request information and apply to UMassD. It is also a tool for the community and for our campus to find events, news, and information.

The website gets an average of 400,000 users monthly and consists of approximately 20,000 pages.

Access

To request access to TerminalFour (T4), you will need a valid umassd.edu email address. The CMS administrator will set up your user account and grant you permissions within T4. You will receive an email describing next steps once your account is activated. 

Training

Before requesting a training session, you will need to have received confirmation that you have been granted access to T4. The CITS training team provides new user training and new user support. Submit a T4 Training Request or contact them at citstraining@umassd.edu.

Support

The web team manages the university content management system, TerminalFour (T4). The web team also provides access, technical, and strategic support for the web. The web team consists of writers, designers, developers, and administrators. 

T4 Technical support

If you have any basic technical questions in regards to T4, see the T4 User Guide or submit a T4 Tech Support Request to the web team  and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Staff and faculty may request edits to the website. If you are a student and would like an edit to a webpage, please contact a sponsoring staff or faculty member for assistance.

Design and content strategy support

If you need help beyond your access level, technical ability, or are looking for additional functionality, submit a Website Update Request to the web team and we will get back to you with solutions and recommendations as soon as possible.
