For UMass students; this must be submitted in addition to the UMass student application. Note there are different forms for Semester, Winter, and Summer programs.
Exception to Participate in Non-Approved Program Abroad
Special Recommendation Form
For UMD students who do not meet the minimum GPA requirements to study abroad. This form should be completed by the student's department chairperson.
