Use this form to request a locker on campus.

Subject to availability, any currently-enrolled student may request to be assigned a locker at any time by completing the locker reservation form. Lockers are located in the following buildings: LARTS, CVPA, SENG and DION.

Only University-provided locks may be used on lockers. Upon the completion of a Locker Reservation and approval, the University will assign a combination lock and locker location to the student. All locks remain the property of the University and must be returned at the conclusion of the locker-use period. All lockers must be cleaned out by the end of the acadmic year.

Private locks are not permitted and will be immediately removed.
