Dr. Jacqueline Einstein joined the faculty of the Charlton College of Business after transitioning from a comprehensive career in the financial services industry. Her banking career included responsibility for commercial and small business client management, branch management, as well as credit training and portfolio analysis at a combination of national, regional and community financial institutions, most recently Bank of America and Citizens Bank. Between her banking career and academia, Dr. Einstein advised business clients at the Small Business Development Center/SE Massachusetts.
She earned her Doctorate of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in Management and Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Her research interests include the influence of leadership styles, entrepreneurship and the impact of management history on current trends. Her key academic passion however is focused on helping her students succeed: academically and in their career planning. She is currently the Faculty Advisor for the Collegiate DECA student organization.
Dr. Einstein has been active in the community and is currently serving on the Boards of the United Way of Greater Fall River and The Nemasket Group. She served on the Executive Board of the Fall River Area Chamber of Commerce from 2010-2014. Originally from Hamburg, NY (Buffalo), she has enjoyed living and working in Dartmouth, MA since 1985.
