Human Resources is responsible for Employee and Labor Relations, Payroll, Organizational Development, Employment Related Policies and Procedures, Training and Development, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Classification, Performance Management, Recruitment and Employment, HR Information System (HRIS) and Employment Legal Compliance.
It is the mission of Human Resources to attract, retain and develop a diverse work force which supports the strategic goals of the university. In partnership with the university community we strive to provide quality services to prospective, current, and retired university employees regarding employment opportunities, professional development, compensation and benefit management. It is the goal of Human Resources to foster a positive, caring work environment where all members are respected and to assist in developing the university's most valuable resource - it's highly talented and dedicated workforce.
Location and Office Hours
