BJs Special Membership Offer for UMassD Employees
The BJ's Corporate Membership discount is offered on a quarterly basis to the benefited and non-benefited employees of UMass Dartmouth during the following open enrollment periods:
- January 1 – 31
- April 1 – 30
- July 1 -31
- October 1 - 31
All UMass Dartmouth employees may OPEN A NEW or EXTEND their existing Inner Circle or Rewards membership at the promotional rate during any of the designated open enrollment periods. The promotional months will be added onto your existing expiration date within one (1) week of receipt of your form and payment in the mail. You will not lose any of the membership time for which you have already paid.
A good rule of thumb would be...
If your membership expires from January - March... participate in January.
If your membership expires from April - June... participate in April.
If your membership expires from July - September... participate in July.
If your membership expires from October - December... participate in October.
Please visit our Benefits Portal during the designated open enrollment periods outlined above to obtain the forms needed to enroll or renew your membership*. You will find mailing instructions and pricing details with the application.
*Forms may only be submitted during the open enrollment periods in January, April, July, and October.
BJs Pricing (subject to change)
New members have two options at a special introductory rate:
- Inner circle membership: $25/12 months (regularly $55) – 2 cards
- Rewards memberships:* $50/12 months (regularly $110) – 2 cards
Renewing members have two options:
- Inner circle membership: $40/13 months (regularly $55) – 2 cards
- Rewards memberships:* $80/13 months (regularly $110) – 2 cards
NOTE: If you are a current member you can add on to your current expiration date. Please have your membership card and/or membership number available at the time of renewal.
*Rewards members get 2% cash back on all purchaes with the exception of alcohol, tobacco products, lottery tickets and gasoline.
Forms of payment accepted: cash, credit/debit and personal checks.
