AY2024-25 Supervisory Development Certificate Program

The University is committed to providing a culture of continuous learning and development and we are excited to kick off our AY2024-2025 Supervisory Development Certificate Program.

We have made some adjustments to the program in response to requests for more interactive exercises to build confidence through practice and role play. We will partner with ImprovEdge to deliver some of the sessions.  ImprovEdge uses improvisational techniques to develop agile, inclusive, confident leaders with skills you can use immediately.
