Why Make a "To Do" List Every Day?

  •  Your mind constantly seeks your daily goals and a plan to reach them

  • Once you write down your daily goals it eases your mind and reduces stress

  • You can control your day and activities by planning ahead

  • You can make more and better choices

  • You will have more time to act (not react) to things that happen throughout the day

  • You create your focus and prioritize your goals

  • It is the most important three to five minutes you’ll spend in organizing your day

  • You are 10 times more likely to remember something if you write it down

  • For each task you need to do, you reward yourself with an activity you want to do

  • You feel a sense of accomplishment when you complete a task and cross it off
