Yoga Mondays

Monday, December 08, 2025 at 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Find yourself in the rhythm of the practice. This is a soft and slow Vinyasa yoga class designed to build strength and increase mobility through mindful and deliberate practice. This class invites you to body and breath, blurring the lines between one shape and the next. A delicious blend of gentle stretching and intentional movement, this class is an invitation to find joy in your practice and arrive in the moment.

Limited mats available. If you have your own mat, please bring it.

As a weightlifter and yogi, Valerie believes that movement practice should be open to all ability levels and body types. She understands that movement plays a vital role in self discovery, allowing us to challenge our perception and test the limits of what we think we’re capable. Valerie invites you to release yourself of expectation and let go of self limiting beliefs. Tap into your childlike wonder and curiosity as you find your edge.

Intentional and playful, each class is an opportunity to cultivate trust with yourself and reconnect with your body. Explore your delights and give yourself permission to be just as you are.

Come laugh, sweat, move and play, because who says hard work can’t also be fun?

Valerie is a student of movement both on and off the mat, pursuing a deeper understanding of the connection between mobility and strength training. She received her 250 hour certification through Troy City Yoga and is trained in the Soul Flow method. Valerie continues to explore movement patterns and expressions for all body types.
