The below information has been updated to reflect proposed rates for the 2024-2025 Academic Year Base Agreement. We encourage you to review the Terms & Conditions for the coming year for more information.

Please keep in mind, all rates are proposed and subject to approval at the state level each summer. The Base Agreement does not include the summer timeframe. If a student selects the Base Plus Agreement, the summer timeframe would be billed separately and at an additional charge to the rate listed below.

Living on campus is a wonderful option for housing with easy access to dining, academic support, and everything else you'll need on campus— giving you more time to study, conduct research, and socialize. Even better, you may be able to use your financial aid to cover your housing costs.

In comparison to the rates above, rent prices often currently range from $1600 - $3,000 per month in the surrounding areas of Dartmouth, New Bedford and Fall River.

Interested in on-campus housing?

Students who wish to live in campus housing should please complete the Graduate and Law Housing Interest Form.

Please note, this form is not a contract or agreement, and is simply a step to indicate interest. Returning students complete their housing selection in the spring semester, after which point we will reach out to those who have expressed interest to complete the next steps in the process.
