Upper class apartments: Woodlands community virtual tour. Full-page experience

The Woodlands community—located near the Tripp Athletic Center—features six residential buildings of apartment-style accommodations for upper-level students.

Willow, Evergreen, Hickory, and Birch residence halls are located within Ring Road, while Aspen and Ivy residence halls are located on the outside of Ring Road, on the same side as the Athletic Center.

Birch Grill, located on the first floor of the Birch residential building, is a popular spot for burgers and more.

The Woodlands common building offers function/common space commonly used for campus events, as well as Jeannie's Cupboard.

The apartments are fully furnished and provide single bedrooms with a bed, desk, chair, and built-in closets.

The living room area has a television stand, couch, chair, and table.

The kitchen area of the apartment is equipped with a ceramic-top stove, refrigerator/freezer, ample cabinet space, barstool chairs, and a dining alcove.

Most of the apartment units are four-bedroom with two full baths; several are two bedrooms/two full baths.

The apartments are equipped with wireless internet and Xfinity streaming services.

Checking in

Please note: in order to be eligible to check in to campus housing, all residents must meet the following requirements:

  1. Enrolled for the current semester.
  2. Cleared through Health Services as having uploaded all needed documentation.
  3. Cleared through our Student Service Center through one of the following ways:
    1. Pay the semester charges in full.
    2. Have enough Financial Aid to cover your tuition, fees, and housing.
    3. Sign up for either the five-month or four-month payment plan for your tuition and housing bills AND complete the first required payment.
