Environmental Policy Graduate Certificate Program Now Online
Just in time for Earth Day and in consideration of new statewide and national efforts to build a green economy, UMass Dartmouth has started a new graduate certificate program in Environmental Policy. The program, offered through the Public Policy Department, provides an excellent opportunity to achieve advanced knowledge and professional certification in the formulation and implementation of policies that achieve sustainable operations. Students in Free Enterprise Named Regional Champs

The UMass Dartmouth Students in Free Enterprise team recently won the New England Regional Championship at the Regional Competition held in Providence. The team was named a SIFE USA Regional Champion after presenting on its year-long community outreach projects to a panel of judges consisting of business executives from leading U.S. companies. More
Acclaimed Poet Featured at Women's Studies Fundraiser April 30
World-renowned poet and activist Adrienne Rich will be the honored guest and read her poetry at the 2nd Annual Women's Studies Program and Women's Resource Center Fundraiser on April, 30 at 5:30 p.m. on the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth campus. The public is invited to participate in this fundraising event, which is co-sponsored by the Women's Fund of the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. More
Web-based One-Stop Center Launched for Parents, Students, Staff
The University's Enrollment Center has been providing a "one stop" location on the ground floor of the Foster Administration for students to handle registration, financial aid and billing transactions for many years. Now, the University is introducing a single web-based one stop information center for students and parents that they can access from anywhere at any time. More
