UMass Dartmouth participates in an initiative designed by the state of Massachusetts to help transfer students benefit from receiving an associate’s degree from a Massachusetts community college. UMass Dartmouth has approved a number of programs at the state community colleges.
MassTransfer advantages
The MassTransfer program offers:
- Guaranteed admissions with a 2.5 GPA
- No application fee
- Automatic satisfaction of all General Education (Gen.Ed.) requirements except 2 upper-level courses
- 33% tuition reduction with cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Early registration with UMass Dartmouth juniors
