White Coat Ceremony
Amidst family and friends, our sophomore nursing students participate in a ceremony initiated by the Arnold P. Gold Foundation to promote humanism in health care. Sophomores entering their first clinical rotation this semester will walk across the stage in the Campus Center Auditorium in scrubs carrying their white coats to faculty who will "coat them". This year our guest speaker is Michelle Whyte, PhD, RN, '16 (BSN), '20 (MSN) and '24 (PhD). Light refreshments are served after the ceremony.
