U.S. News & World Report has ranked UMass Dartmouth’s chemistry and biochemistry PhD program No. 171 among 209 ranked programs. UMD’s graduate chemistry program is ranked third highest for public schools in Massachusetts, and eleventh highest among all schools in the state.
