Please make us your first stop for all your information technology (IT) needs.

The IT Service Center

The IT Service Center is located on the 4th floor of the Claire T. Carney Library, and is available by appointment. Students, with a valid UMass pass, can receive assistance with:

  • Network connections and registration
  • Software installations and downloads
  • Virus and spyware removals
  • Access to UMassD systems and services
