Hi, my name is Susana Cabrera. I was born in Boston Massachusetts, and my family was raised in Dominican Republic. I speak English and Spanish. My family members are my mother, grandpa, grandma, and auntie. My favorite colors are purple and pink. My family lives in Tucson, Arizona, MA, but my mother and I live in Fall River, MA. My family and I love to eat Dominican food every day. My mother and I always visit my grandparents in Tucson, Arizona on summer vacation to help with four dogs, and three plus chickens with five roosters. I always like to spend time with my grandparents, and they always like to show me around Tucson, Arizona. I always like to help my grandparents when they need it. My favorite animals are Female Eurasian Eagle Owl, and Maine Coon Cat. I like to draw a lot of things animals, flowers, and human design poses. I always take notes down in a notebook for me to study and remember when the test comes. I make sure every day that I put an important date on an agenda to plan the upcoming days.

My experience when I was in B.M.C. Durfee high school was that I always wanted to be an artist for my drawings, but when I was in my sophomore year of high school everything changed when I tried my best not to fall behind on my classwork. I am in the early college program now, and I learned a lot of information from different colleges, then doing a lot of research on it. Until when I was in my senior year of high school, I had to decide to go to UMASS Darthmouth, but it was not a straightforward process to get all good grades to go to this college. I tried my best to stay organized with my studies and to help me complete my homework. I always arrive at class on time before classes begin every day.

I chose to go to UMASS Darthmouth to find where I belong in this major of Arts and Science. I am hoping to get a bachelor's degree when I graduate from UMASS Darthmouth with the class of 2029. I will focus on pursuing my goals and my strengths to help me reach my dream. For me to contribute to this society, towards my education, and my family. In the future, I want to mark this world with gratitude and have a positive mindset to lead to the end of this journey in UMASS Darthmouth.
