I was raised in Lakeville, Massachusetts, and I come from an Italian family, and taking pride in what you do as always been in my family. My family situation has shaped who I am today and continues to motivate me and build my character. My mom has been in the National Guard for my entire life, which has shown me what commitment and sacrifice look like firsthand. My dad was a marine and now has a demanding government career that required him to travel all over the world, and although he now lives in Washington D.C., he has always supported me. My parents divorced when I was five years old, and even though it was challenging, it helped me develop independence at a young age.

Growing up I enjoyed being active In middle school, I ran cross country and even went to states, which was a proud moment for me and taught me perseverance. During high school, I stepped away from organized sports but I found my passion in weightlifting and fitness on my own. Working out became a part of who I am today something that pushes me mentally and physically to always improve myself.

I chose to enroll at UMass Dartmouth because it is close to home and felt like a chill, welcoming environment where I could succeed. I liked that the school offers strong academic programs while still giving students the chance to grow personally. I am studying marketing because I love learning how business works and how companies connect with people. Marketing allows me to be creative and come up with ideas that inspire and influence others.

I am also interested in using campus resources to help me become a stronger student and leader. One of my goals is to take a public speaking class because it is an area where I can improve and build confidence. I also want to join a lifting or fitness-related club on campus. Fitness is a big part of my life, and I believe surrounding myself with people who share that passion will help me stay motivated and healthy while focusing on my education. When I graduate, my goal is to build a career in marketing and eventually own my own business. One dream of mine is to create a clothing brand that represents fitness, personal growth, and confidence something that inspires people the way fitness inspires me. I want to take what I learn in college and use it to build a life where I have both independence and success.

I also want to make a positive impact on the people around me. My parents have always motivated me, and I want to repay their support by making them proud and being able to provide for my family one day. I want to help my community as well and motivate my friends to do great things, whether that means creating jobs through my business or inspiring others to stay active and believe in themselves. What motivates me most is not only becoming successful for myself, but also becoming someone others can look up to someone who proves that hard work and self-belief can turn dreams into reality
