Share the Dream essay by Henry Morse Jr.

My name is Henry Morse Jr; I am 19 years old. I’m a graduate student from Brockton high school. I graduated in the top 100th in my school, I ended up getting recruited at UMass Dartmouth for football, UMass Dartmouth has really shown me that school can help you get to a higher level of education that has bettered me.

My family isn’t on rich side I would say that we are middle classed, My parents have really shown me that I need to go to college to find a better life and a better job than they did because my dad ended up dropping out of high school and getting a job at a local gas station,  my mom ended up graduating from high school and went to a community college at Massasoit in Brockton for nursing, she ended up dropping out because she had my brother Shawn in high school and he kept getting sick so she had to drop out of college to take care of him and she didn’t work which made here a stay at home Mom that gets paid by social security every first of the mouth. 

My focus is that I work my hardest and do good at what I do best like football. Football is a focus but not a main focus because my studies come first in everything I do, I focus on my grades to be above average to make my gpa a at least 3.0 so I could get the scholarship that the school said they would give me plus this one I’m applying for.

My focus is that I make it through college to make my family proud and make a great impression on my little brother so he could end up going to college and could show him if I could make it through college my brother could do anything he puts his mind to so another focus of mine is that he gets great grades and push his mind beyond his limits.

My goal is that I would like to become an entrepreneur to make my family richer than it already is because my family is in the poorer side of every family, but it is my job to make sure that my family is going up in the money chart and not down so they could live the rest of their lives so I could live with myself so I could make sure that I didn’t let them down because I love them to much to make them think that I'm not capable of doing the work that I promised them but that is exactly why I'm in college trying to live up to my capabilities.

Another one my goals is that once I graduate from college, I plan on starting my own business that would give everybody a reason to purchase my products that will change the world for life and help me personally, I would use my company to ban the world from gambling because everyone has problems and I want to make it my job to ban the gambling problems because everyone will be better if they just stop spending money on gambling and spend it on more important things like spending it on their family’s and on their personal life spending like spending money on their living styles.
