The UMass Dartmouth choirs will perform in concert on Sunday, May 1 at 3 p.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Parish, 1359 Acushnet Avenue, New Bedford, MA.
This concert features the fifty-member UMass Dartmouth Chorus and Select Chamber Choir each directed by Dr. Tianxu Zhou, the student-led a capella ensemble Mental Note, and the Spirit of Saint Anthony Choir.
Selections for this concert include "City Called Heaven" arranged by Josephine Poelinitz, "Go Where I Send Thee" arranged by Paul Caldwell and Sean Ivory, "The Awakening" by Joseph Martin, along with and many Gospel and popular favorites.
