A team of UMass Dartmouth students were recently informed that they have broken the world record for rolling the largest snowball. The snowball measured 7′4″ high, 6′1″ wide, and had a record-breaking circumference of 23′2″.

The effort conformed with Guinness World Record standards, and was witnessed by independent observers from the SAIL Office. It was chronicled on video and through photographs to authenticate the effort.

The record-breaking team included Wes Fowlks, Michael Parisi, Brian Hassett, Greg Dorman, Jimmy Tice, Mark McCulley, Kevin Donovan, Wes Meserve, Ben DeLuca and Andy Wu.
