UMass Dartmouth professor presents on Ebola crisis tomorrow

UMass Microbiology/Infectious Disease Professor Dr. James Griffith presents on 'Ebola: River Menace' tomorrow at 12 p.m. at the Claire T. Carney Library Grand Reading Room

UMass Dartmouth Microbiology and Infectious Disease Professor Dr. James Griffith will present on "Ebola: River Menace" tomorrow, Thursday, October 30, 2014, at 12 p.m., at the Claire T. Carney Library Grand Reading Room. Dr. Griffith will address the origins of the rare and deadly disease and how prepared the medical community is to respond.

Dr. Griffin serves as Chancellor Professor and Chair of UMass Dartmouth's Department of Medical Laboratory Science. Professor Griffith has lectured extensively on infectious disease topics at the undergraduate and graduate level as well as nationally as a conference presenter.
