UMass Dartmouth will host a regional roundtable on wage equality best practices Friday, September 11, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the University’s Lawrence Hall located in Woodland Commons. UMass Dartmouth Chancellor Divina Grossman will join Massachusetts Treasurer Deb Goldberg for the roundtable discussion on how to close the wage gap.

Treasurer Goldberg’s Advisory Committee on Wage Equality and the Office of Economic Empowerment are organizing regional roundtables across the state to get input from businesses and the public on how to close the wage gap. These best practices will be used to develop a wage equality tool kit for businesses and organizations committed to closing the pay gap. Those interested in the roundtables can follow @EmpowermentMA on Twitter and join the conversation using #EqualPayMA.
