Peltz-Steele has published a contribution to an ABA compilation.

Professor Richard Peltz-Steele has published "Privacy, E-Commerce, and Data Security--Part III. Developments in the United States" in 50 American Bar Association/Section of International Law Year in Review (ABA/SIL YIR) 103, 109-110 (2016).  The contribution reviews selected, important legal developments during 2015 in the fields of privacy, e-commerce, and data security in the law of the United States.  The piece is available for download from SSRN.
