In our first "Corsair Chat," Elaine Varelas '79 of Keystone Partners discussed how businesses can manage their workforce during this time of transition. Varelas' presentation explained the options for businesses that need to manage human capital and addressed how the options affect employees.

Elaine brings more than 20 years’ experience consulting to organizations focused on resolving complex career management issues, including workforce planning, redeployment, and multi-site restructurings. She has expertise in career consulting, coaching, and leadership development and has worked with executive management teams to improve organizational effectiveness. Elaine’s experience spans a broad range of industries and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, start-up ventures, and not-for-profit organizations. In her role as Managing Partner, Elaine spearheads all sales and marketing activities across Keystone Partners. She currently serves as treasurer of Career Partners International, LLC, after serving as Chairman of the Board.
