Professor Jeremiah Ho’s recent two commentaries on the Human Rights at Home Blog regarding recent Supreme Court decision garnered separate mentions on SCOTUSBlog. His July 8th post on the Human Rights at Home Blog discussing the Court’s recent Title VII ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County that LGBTQ employees are protected from employment discrimination was noted by SCOTUSBlog on July 10th. In that post, Professor Ho examined the limitations of Justice Gorsuch’s textualist interpretation of “because of sex” discrimination under Title VII for future sexual orientation and gender identity anti-discrimination advances.
