Financial Aid Services offers summer Zoom Labs for students

The virtual meetings will help students understand FAFSA, Student Employment, Scholarships, and more

Your UMass Dartmouth education is an investment in your future. Financial Aid Services can help you finance your education through a variety of programs—from grants and scholarships to loans and student employment.

Join the Financial Aid Services team this summer for Zoom Labs on important issues:

Financial Aid Help Zoom Labs

Financial Aid Services wants to remind all students to file their FAFSA. Join Financial Aid for Financial Aid Help Zoom Labs on Wednesdays from 3 to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 3 to 4 p.m. for help filing your FAFSA and learning more about financial aid.

Corsair Scholars Zoom Labs

Learn more about your scholarship opportunities every Thursday from 2 to 3 p.m. until July 31. All students should fill out at minimum the UMassD General Scholarship Application, as this single application will consider you for multiple scholarships. For need-based scholarships, you must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Student Employment Zoom Labs

Do you want to learn more about your student employment opportunities? Are you looking for a job on campus and don't know where to begin? Join Student Employment in a Zoom Lab on July 12 and July 19 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Get all your questions related to student employment answered!

Verification Zoom Labs

Need help with your financial aid verification? Verification can be tough but our financial aid staff is happy to help you navigate the ins and outs of the process and assist with what documents to submit, how to e-sign, and why you were selected for the process in the first place. Hints: it’s random. Join us via Zoom every Thursday from 3 to 4 p.m. beginning July 8 and bring all your verification questions. We’re here for you!

You can learn more on the Financial Aid Services website.
