News 2021: The Perfect Pasta Dish

UMassD Dining Services hosts a live cooking demonstration on how to make homemade pasta for the perfect pasta dish. Watch Chef Kevin live on UMassD Alumni’s Facebook account to see him mix, roll, and shape pasta, then whip up a delicious sauce.
