Anna Foro and Connor Chan to exhibit in RITES OF PASSAGE Emerging Artists Exhibition

Anna Foro (Art + Design: Painting '25) and Connor Chan (Art + Design: Drawing '24) have been selected for inclusion in the RITES OF PASSAGE 20th Annual Emerging Artists Exhibition and Awards for Current and Recent Undergraduates at Manifest Gallery, Cincinnati, OH. Exhibition dates: May 31 – June 28, with an opening reception May 31, 6-9pm.
This highly competitive national juried exhibition received 220 entries from 67 artists from which the jurors selected 14 works by 12 artists from 9 different universities/colleges across the U.S. to be displayed in the exhibition. The represented institutions are Indiana University, Kansas City Art Institute, Mississippi State University, Saginaw Valley State University, Shepherd University, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, University of Memphis, University of North Carolina at Asheville, and Wayne State College. The Best of Show and the Director's Choice awards will be selected and announced during the exhibition.

In addition to the actual gallery exhibition all exhibited works will be included in the Manifest Exhibition Annual (MEA) publication of the entire exhibition season www.manifestgallery.org/mea. MEA has received national recognitions and awards from the Independent Publishers Association and the Graphic Design USA Annual Showcase.
