What do I need to obtain a book voucher?

You need:

• Your UMass Pass ID
• A print-out of your PeopleSoft Account Balance for the current semester the full detail version is required. The print-out must also be from the day that you are requesting your book voucher.
• You will need to fill out a book voucher contract at the UMass Pass Office.
