Bio: Jeffrey S. Augustine was appointed Director of Campus Services in 2004, and has worked at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth for 17 years in several positions. As Director of Campus Services at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, he oversees the Auxiliary operations which include Dining Services, Campus Store, Conference Office, UMass Pass Office, Parking, mailroom and print shop operations. Prior to his service at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Jeff held managerial roles in retail management. Mr. Augustine is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and earned his Masters degree in Education from Bridgewater State University.

Bio: Derek Costa was appointed the Associate Director of Campus Services in 2007; he has direct operational and supervisory oversight of the Conference and Events Office, Campus Center Operations, Parking Services, Print Shop Services, Transportation Services, Student Mail/Package Services, UMass Pass Office and University Mailroom Services. Previously in his five year tenure at University of Massachusetts Lowell he served as the Associate Director of Residence Life, Housing/Building Services and as the Assistant Director of Residence Life. Mr. Costa is a two-time graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell receiving a BS and MEd.

Cathy has been working at the university for seventeen years and was was promoted to Store Manager in 1998. She earned her BS degree in Accounting as a four year commuter student out of Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School and has completed post-graduate courses towards a Master of Business Administration. Attending this university is a family affair with her sister and two brothers also earning Bachelor degrees at UMass Dartmouth.

Bio: Liz Martin, Assistant Director of Conference and Event Management, has worked at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth for 28 years and has spent the majority of her career as a resource in Event Planning. Liz serves on the Board of W.H.A.L.E., is a member of the New Bedford Chamber of Commerce, and the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors. Ms. Martin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Liz worked as a middle school teacher prior to beginning her career at UMD.

Bio: Dionne Gomes has been with the University since February 2005. Her current responsibilities include oversight of the UMass Pass One-Card Office and Parking Services. Prior to her employment at the University, Dionne worked for Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA. Ms. Gomes is a graduate of UMass Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems and is currently in enrolled in a Graduate program in pursuit of an MBA with a focus in Sustainable Development.
