 If you are planning a performance, presentation, or party, you might need technical equipment and/or assistance for your event.

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth can provide you with audio equipment such as microphones, cd players and tape players, lighting devices, and visual equipment such as slide projectors, overhead projectors, data/video projection, TV and VCR on cart, and many more.

In order to reserve equipment, please fill out the ReserveIT Request form and submit it with your Event Reservation Application. (You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the form. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it here.)

Please note that the rental of equipment is not free, fees for audio and visual equipment will be charged as appropriate. For an estimate of the rental costs, please write an email to Greg Paciulan or call 508 910 6442
